Initial Screening

We gather essential information about the applicant’s background, experience, and skills to identify candidates who meet the qualifications to excel as an XP.

Assessments

Next, applicants complete an assessment, which evaluates their expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Interview

Background Check

Incentive Training Program
